Behind Accurate Inspections is Allen, a West Auckland local with 17 years of hands-on experience in the building industry.
Starting his career on the tools, Allen has worked across residential construction as a builder, Site Foreman, and Project Manager, gaining experience across all stages of the building process. This practical background provides valuable insight into how homes are built, where issues commonly arise, and what to look for when assessing a property’s condition.
Beyond his professional experience, Allen has also purchased, renovated, and sold properties of his own, giving him a firsthand understanding of the decisions, challenges, and considerations that come with property ownership.
